Not oil but air!

Receiving an air fryer is so heavenly. We bought an air fryer for my mom to make all of our lives easier and oil free. Infact, after cooking or frying food, one can notice how much of oil is in that food product. It does not only use air (hot steam) to fry, but takes out the oil from the food.

This is a new gadget in the kitchen for healthier cooking. Now that I sound like a salesman selling the product let me sell you an air fryer with the best review I have read about it.

The AirFryer looks like a large rice cooker and has a chunky tray which can be removed, filled with food and put back inside.

Twelve minutes later the meal emerges hot and crisp and, according to Philips, far healthier for you.”

Strange enough Philips have invented Airfloss too. They have become quite airy.

Me, being a vegetarian, I buy frozen soya foods like veggie burger, veggie fingers, hot dogs, mini pizzas etc.  I heat these to about 120 degrees C and for 10 minutes and voila. With the heating instructions it depends on the food itself.

It’s getting simpler not only in IT technology but cooking as well. I am enjoying it thus far. I heat almost everything in it. It is like a mini oven.
